Payback Repo, Inc. (PRI) is a repossession company with its corporate headquarters located in Long Island, New York. We were founded in 2005 by President Scott Lennon on a chance that a vision for innovation could challenge the repossession industry. PRI is managed by its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dawn Mecca. Her background and 30 years of experience in the auto industry, including 20 years in loss mitigation and re-marketing, has provided her with the expertise to successfully run and manage PRI. Dawn creates ideas from passion, and her passion is striving to make PRI different from our competition in every aspect of our industry.
PRI’s President, Chief and Founder Scott Lennon, has ran the company on principles of ethics, customer service, technology, and client customization. Training employees on the fundamentals of customer service has been the President's new mission as PRI believes the evolution of the industry calls for higher standards in consumer service and privacy. Scott's background and 10 years of experience as Regional Loss Control Manager of the largest multi-national leasing and Rental Company, has provided him with the insight and firsthand experience of the auto industry and the repossession world. Due to personal responsibilities Scott left the University of Alabama a semester short of earning a Medical Degree, but took away a wealth of knowledge and has brought that knowledge and implemented it into making customer service, and ethics as the core of our mission. Following medical school Scott was a powerhouse in the rental and body shop industry, and decided to bring innovative ideas and excellence to the repossession industry. Every single day for the President consists of goals to execute our mission. Each one of PRI's employees can attest to the Presidents demand for awesome service.
One of the key elements to our success is Vice President Russell Holmes. Russell lives our vision every minute of every day. A master of many trades, Russell's background in the finance industry as V.P. of Loss Mitigation at a FORTUNE 500 company has brought direct experience of what our clients need. Russell exemplifies the spirit of PRI and develops our culture in the office and in the field as an extension of our clients.

Our staff are experienced in all avenues of support for our clients and the field agents. At all times, they strive to continually forge day-to-day relationships with the collectors from all regions of the country and maintain them. The staff are trained in all aspects of the business enabling them to have a comprehensive awareness of company life e.g., each member of staff accompanies a selection of field agents into the field, to experience his/her daily life dealing with debtors, repossessions etc.
It is not PRI’s role to judge those that are misfortune enough to have their vehicle within a repossession process, and because of this awareness, we treat the debtor with respect, courtesy and dignity, keeping their integrity in intact.
